Lucian Morehead

Before co-founding Asterra Properties, Lucian was a professional broker with Aspen Properties, Lucian Morehead & Partners, Development 2000, and Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBRE).

Lucian has worked with numerous institutional owners and corporate users, and in the process has represented some of Austin’s premier properties, including Wells Fargo Tower, Prominent Pointe, Tower of the Hills, 8303 Mopac, Austin Oaks, Plaza on the  lake, River Place Corporate Park, and Northcross Mall. Throughout his career, Lucian has been involved with the representation of prominent local and national tenants, including Dell Computer, AT&T, AMD, Blue Cross Blue Shield, the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Municipal Police Association.

Lucian’s career highlights include the following: completing an excess of 1,500 transactions with over 3,000,000 square feet of leasing transactions, totaling over $250,000,000; recently directing more than 100 building sales over the last few years. Lucian was named No. 3 on Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter List and won CBRE’s central Texas region “Rookie of the Year” award. Lucian has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Austin Commercial Real Estate Society and served as Sigma Chi Alumni President.

Currently, Lucian focuses on local relationships working with users, local investors, and developers in Austin’s growth corridors to help his clients achieve their goals. Lucian received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
